Eligibility

All business customers of SGI Delivery Solutions with accounts in good standing are eligible to participate in the SGI FasTrac Rewards program. If you have multiple locations, you may consolidate your SGI FasTrac Rewards points to one main account.

How to Earn Reward Points

You will automatically earn 250 SGI FasTrac Rewards points when you sign up for the SGI FasTrac program. In addition, you will earn 1 SGI FasTrac Rewards point for each $1.00 you spend on deliveries ordered online through the FasTrac program. To earn points, you must place your order online at www.sgi-solutions.com. Your points are "earned" after we receive payment on your orders.

If you do not place any orders on our website for a consecutive 180-day period, you will forfeit all earned SGI FasTrac Rewards points. Also, we reserve the right to cancel your points at any time if your SGI Delivery Solutions account becomes past due.

How to Redeem SGI FasTrac Rewards Points

For every 500 SGI FasTrac Rewards points you earn, you will receive a $25 SuperCertificate redeemable at www.giftcertificates.com. SuperCertificates are coupons that can be redeemed for gift certificates from participating merchants. Use of Supercertificates is subject to the terms and conditions posted on GiftCertificate.com's website.

We will automatically deduct 500 points from your SGI FasTrac Rewards account for every $25 in SuperCertificate value issued to you. SuperCertificates will not be issued in amounts less than $25 or for fewer than 500 points. SuperCertificates may be used only once.

You may transfer SGI FasTrac Rewards points to another user in the same account. However, you may not transfer your points to another SGI FasTrac Rewards account. When you sign up for the Rewards program, you should indicate how the SuperCertificates should be issued (i.e., in whose name). Also, if you prefer, you may indicate that you wish to use your points as a credit on your SGI Delivery Solutions account, in lieu of SuperCertificates.

If you a refer a new customer to us and they sign up for a new SGI FasTrac Rewards account, you will earn 1 SGI FasTrac Rewards point for every point they earn, up to a maximum of 1,000 points. The referred customer must earn 1,000 points before your points will be issued.

Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to terminate the SGI FasTrac Rewards program on the last day of any month. On that date, we will issue all earned SuperCertificates, and no additional SGI FasTrac Points may be earned. SGI Delivery Solutions may, at any time, terminate, or modify the SGI FasTrac Rewards program by posting the changes on www.sgi-solutions.com.

The merchants participating in the SGI FasTrac Rewards program are subject to change and may be amended without prior notice to you.

SGI Delivery Solutions is not responsible for any dispute concerning goods or services received from merchants participating in the SGI FasTrac Rewards program, or for any refusal by merchants participating in the SGI FasTrac Rewards program to provide credit for SuperCertificates.

SGI FasTrac Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

You authorize SGI Delivery Solutions to provide to, and receive from, GiftCertificates.com or any merchants participating in the SGI FasTrac Rewards program, any information relating to you which is desirable or necessary in order to ensure the full and effective operation of SGI FasTrac Rewards.

Your participation in the SGI FasTrac Rewards program will not violate any company rule, policy or standard of business conduct.
